Developing Large Scale Genotyping
The PCR-RFLP approach is extremely rapid and convenient for large scale genotyping.
SSCP and direct sequencing are less amenable to large scale genotyping.
Tests should be redesigned to produce small PCR products so that they work on DNA that varies in quality!
