Dear Colleagues,

Kansas state University college of Veterinary medicine is looking for a
full-time Bioinformatician at the Research Associate Level to work on the
development and implementation of NGS (both short and long reads) analysis
pipelines for veterinary diagnostics and research, including (but not limited
to) pathogen discovery and identification, molecular evolution, genomic
epidemiology, phylodynamics, among others.
