Hi,

I have a question regarding caseins linkage group (as1, as2, as3)… If I
want to apply a selection of the more productive alleles in all the
involved gene (do a MAS experiment), to construct the possible haplotipes
what the best choice in selection SNPs? For example in K casein in goat
there are several SNPs in exon 4 affecting protein production…but there are
several mutation also in the gene promoter….what could be the strategy?
