Let me know if you have any questions. I finally got my reviews for the grant I put in to USDA on Integration of the Atlantic Salmon and Rainbow Trout Physical Maps. They suggested resubmission and concentrating more on connecting the rainbow genetic map to the Atlantic map including the Atlantic contigs. I''ve talked to Willie Davidson about it and he will send me microsats they have isolated from ends of BACs at the end of their contigs to check to see how informative they might be for mapping in our rainbow trout crosses. Anyhow, I will plan to resubmit this grant and would appreciate any suggestions and support you can give me on this. Thanks. Ruth Ruth B.
